the locusts and inn at pound ridge


Two stories and the cover in the current issue of Edible Magazine.

First, The Locusts, a farm in Staatsburg, NY run by the lovely Olivia Kirby and Zach Wolf.

And then, The Inn at Pound Ridge, where I met chefs Melody and Blake Farrar and ate some of the best food ever, really.
